Who do you sell to?
AG Peters & Son, Inc. sells only to authorized funeral homes, directors and professionals. Our items are not for sale to the general public – we reserve the right to ask for license verification.

How can I place my order?
During normal business hours, you can call 856-931-7476 to place your order. 24/7 funeral supply orders can be sent to: agpetersnson@aol.com.
When will my order ship?
If your delivery address is within a 75-mile radius of our home base in Williamstown, NJ we offer next-day shipping. Outside of this area we ship standard via FedEx or US Postal Service.

During normal business hours Monday – Thursday 9AM – 3PM and Friday 9AM – 1PM, we are available by phone and email.
What kind of cremation urns do you sell?
We sell a wide variety of cremation and memorialization urns in sizes and materials including cultured marble, wood, biodegradable and stainless steel.
How do I find out about closeout item availability?
We try to update our Funeral Equipment Closeout page regularly, but please call or email to verify item availability.
How do I buy memorial jewelry?
Cremation jewelry is beautiful and durable enough for daily wear. Visit our Memorial Funeral Jewelry page to view the collection. You can order them wholesale or just a few pieces for the immediate family.
What is your shipping policy?
Since we sell wholesale, we can ship next day to clients within a 75-mile radius of our office location. Those further out we ship standard via FedEx or US Postal Service. If there is a delay in your order due to a holiday or personalization reasons, you will be notified upon order confirmation.
What other funeral or mortuary equipment can I purchase?
AG Peters & Son, Inc. offers a wide variety of funeral supplies, personalized funeral products, cremation urns, as well as mortuary supplies & equipment.
How do I seal an urn?
Not all urns have or need a permanent seal. If you plan on reopening the urn at any point, we do not recommend sealing.
Should I invest in prepaid funeral arrangements?
Opting to prepay for your funeral expenses takes a lot of stress off your family and allows you to plan the funeral you want, no matter how large or small it may be.

If my client wants to scatter the ashes, do they need an urn?
Loved ones who plan to scatter the ashes of the deceased do not need to purchase a cremation urn, which is really just for display.
What size urn should I recommend for purchase?
The general rule of thumb is 1 cubic inch = 1 pound of body weight before cremation.
Example: A 180 pound person generates 180 cubic inches of ash remains; you will need an urn that can fit all of the ashes.
What are your hours of operation?
Our normal business hours are Monday – Thursday 9AM – 3PM and Friday 9AM – 1PM. AG Peters & Son, Inc. is also closed for the following holidays:

What if I need expedited shipping?
Faster shipping may be arranged depending on the product and the lead time. Please contact us before placing your order to ensure it can arrive on time.
Do you offer personalization?
We have a variety of products that can be personalized including nameplates, vinyl lettering, casket lid panels, ‘In Memory of’ car decals and funeral signs.
Are your urns TSA compliant?
If the family will be traveling with the urn, we recommend a wood, plastic, cardboard or fiberboard urn, which can be easily x-rayed by the TSA.
What if I can’t find an item my client is looking for?
While we do our best to keep our website up to date, sometimes we have more items available at our New Jersey office location we haven’t added yet. Please call if you do not see an item you’re specifically searching for.
Do you accept returns?
Personalized items cannot be returned. Other items including urns, rosaries and mortuary supplies have a 30 day return window for the purchase, minus the cost of shipping.
